Use a test light to check , start at lite sockets and then go forward from there until you find power .

DO NOT GO POKING AROUND WITH A REGULAR TEST LIGHT. You can use it at the bulb sockets to test for 12 volts, or directly at the fuse, but if you are tracing wires, you need a special Self-Powered test light. The newer vehicles use a LAN style electrical system, with control modules in just about every circuit. If you use a regular 12 volt test light, where you ground one end and poke around looking for 12 volts, you can smoke the body control module, or worse.
I am not an expert on the new dodge electrical systems, but do yourself a favor and talk to one, and buy the FACTORY DODGE service manual before you go poking around. I have seen them on Ebay for $50 on CD ROM, money well spent.
Good luck.
