Water in fuel warning

My buddy has a Ford 350 powerstroke V-8 diesel and his warning light on dash indicating water in fuel has come on. I was unable to find a drain on his fuel system. I know this is a Dodge discussion board but thought maybe someone would know where to look. It is a 2003 model.

The owners manual is for a gas rig, don't know why that is but that is the first place I went. I don't know if the engine is a 6.0 or 7.3 but will look at it for details. The filters seem to be in the middle front of the engine, not down on the side like a Dodge. Can't find a drain by these however, and couldn't find anything near the fuel tank either. We can always go to Ford and ask them.
