Other than the normal "maintenance" items (tires, brakes, batteries, oil changes, fuel filter changes, wiper blade replacements, air filter cleanings, transmission service etc.) the only things I have HAD to replace on my truck were:

AC/Heat/Defroster selection switch (warranty)

Fuel Guage Sending Unit (bought the part but have not had time to put it on yet- waiting for warmer weather ). This seems to be a common problem with the Dodge Diesels.

Dana rear end replacement at 90K miles :'( Big Bucks!

Front End Replacement - Hit a deer in South Texas.

Not too bad considering I'm right at 100K miles.
