Info needed on QD32 diesel engine

Info needed on QD32 diesel engine
My Dodge has been parked over a year now. I am currently in Central America. We just bought a Nissian frontier with this diesel. I have searched the internet everywhere and can find no tech info at all for the QD32 it runs great just want to tweak it. I have taken it from 16 mpg to 21 mpg but want to go for a little more power. I have not messed with timing only general maintiance and fluids and filters.
These engines are also used in fork lifts and other industrial vehicles. Any one with any info at all would be welcome. All i can find on the net is just that it is a good engine. Thanks in advance.
