The 6.4 will not fit and runs to hot to put in a van chassis..
You know - I thought I'd read that somewhere before too that the 6.4's run pretty hot, but I can't remember where I saw it.

Makes me wonder if those 'vent' thingys on the sides around the FXXX badges on the fenders aren't actually for show, they're actually for venting engine heat....

Do you think we could make money with a bumper sticker that we put on Dodge trucks that had a blue oval and the words "Got a Light"

Not true, there are other manufacturers that make a pass through cab for ambulances and such, it really all depends on the size of the cab.

OK, so the 7.3 and 6.0 pollute too much so the EPA mandates emission requirements that 7.3 and 6.0 can’t match so Ford makes the 6.4 that shoots flames that could cause forest and grassland fires? What is next? Nuclear powered Fords that, on occasion, explode destroying entire cities?

I couldn't get the "thermal event" link to do anything. OH well...
But, the paragraph right above that link was certainly eye-opening!
I am not sure, but I'll bet someone in Ford is regretting the naming choice for THIS reward incentive... It's called: "The Heat Is On" Spin To Win incentive.

Good point, to my understanding the flames were caused by leaky injectors. So instead of fixing the injectors, Ford just makes sure the leaks don't cause any fires and stick them right back on the lot knowing about the potential injector problems, which could cause a truck runaway.
