Effect of Air Filter Condition on Fuel Econ

The article is by Oak Ridge National Laboratory. It was published February 2009 and focused on gasoline vehicles. There are references to the Filterminder gauges used in the Dodge trucks and tested at about 4.2 kPa at full restriction. (about 16.8 in/H2O). There may be a diesel version in the future.
