So maybe a cheap volant air filter and 60+PSI of boost doesnt really mix well? Hopefully I'll have better luck with my new AFE!

Ooops...... Hope the seals are good on the turbo and it didn't suck any oil out of the seals.

 

I'm sure it did but life goes on! Seems to be fine to me, I put in off for 10K miles....and I thought I put of studying for my bio test alot....

 

I've got an Amsoil that looks just like that.Unfortunately its not from twins.Its from forgetting to take the plastic grocery bag off after washing under the hoodDoesn't run worth a crap with a plastic pre-filter

 

I've watched my buddy crush all but a new S&B, even the AFE has failed. S&B built the filter for him after they complained about nothing holding up. That might be your best option if the AFE won't work.
