I like the 98 second gen with the 215 pump, 5 speed newer interior and all mechanical
Whats sucks front end, rotors are pressed on behind the hub, track bar sucks need to up grade drum brakes in the rear GM 1 ton cylinders
I like my third gen but if I had to choose I would go 12v

Not true, I had an '01.0 ETH/DEE without rear disks.
