dodge pickup bed trailer??????

I just bought a late 90's dodge pickup bed converted trailer to match up to my truck. I am running 35's on my truck and am not sure if a 35 will rub if I put it under the trailer or if I should stick to a 33. The trailer is a longbed 1/2 dodge four wheel drive frame and axle. Does anyone know if a 35 will fit (even with a load) and what size wheel do I need (lug pattern) the suspension is stock minus the shocks (five on ?). Thanks for your input. I will get pictures of the truck a trailer on when I get the tires and wheels on the trailer. Both truck and trailer are white. Took me forever to find this trailer!!!!!!!!!

If it dosen't fit you could put a taaler block between the axle and the springs

Ya I thought about that, As dumb as it sounds I am trying to keep it as low as I can and still have the 35's under it if possible. Plus just trying to keep the nickel and diming down to a minimum. Blocks are cheap but then a guy usually has to buy the new u-bolts too.

I had one of those for the last 15 or so years ("my Rig") as the guys with truck box trailers around here call them, and only just sold it. Mine was on a Ford and trust me when I say you don't need to worry about it being TOO low, when you load it up with wet sand it levels out very quickly. I had one of those rollers that attaches to the tailgate. You pull out the fiberglass matting before you load the trailer, then just open the tailgate and use the handle to wind the load off the trailer. It works fantastic for gravel or rock but for wet sand its quite the load but still doable.

I built one using a first gen bed many years ago and put 35's under it but the tires would not tuck into the wheel openings without a bit of lift.It lined up perfect with my truck that had a 4" lift on 40's

5 on 5&1/2

35s will be tight.

Thanks for all in the input. It looks like a tire comprable to a 33 will be the way to go for this set up. Looking forward to getting it all matched up. Thanks again for the replies.
