I posted that link at Highlifter.com and someone gave the following response:
That video is Brian Bunting's sled truck (the smaller of the 2) www.blackwidowdiesel.com shot in Houston at the Nowell Thomas Finals for DHRA. The true "Goliath" motorwise is by far Bunting's truck. They have set a rematch for next year in Houston.
The guy that made the response is building a Powerstroke Drag truck.

that is Brian Buntings Pullin truck. and yea that was i houston at the Bully Dog nationals. The big truck was suoped up but not nearly as much as BlackWIdow is. and that pull off was with a non healthy BlackWidow. And there was talk of a rematch next year, but the Guy in the Cummins Killer drove that from San antoinio from wat i heard. so u had a street truck vs a pullin truck. it was fun to hear about since we barely missed it.

If Brian is still building up that truck

and he has weights on it, the guy in that other monster ford better bring some serious heat, cause im guessin he is gonna get dragged again

No matter what that guys does he will most likely loose. Pullin truck vs street truck, and im not sure if the NOS was on in BlackWidow or not. that would like takin a stock CTD up against Rock Hard Ram. no comparison. and im not sure if brian is gion bigger with it or not. from wat i hear it is a touchy truck, runs grreat some days and horrible others.
