Looks like a motor mount is broken...the motor isn't even level.

Looks like that should buff right out.

I wouldn't touch it with someone else's wallet if the motor mounts are broken. Any time the motor is knocked loose it can't be good. It might be just the cab raised up to make it look un-level.

 

Hey, the roofs in good shape!

I don't even want to know what that stain is on the back of the driver's seat.

Thats pretty much the entire body thats ruined. Only thing thats good is the cab itself. Frame could be toast if the truck rolled and the weight of the motor bent the mounts
Id say thats good for motor, trans and axles. Some interior parts and thats it.

 

Looks like the frame is bent to me.
