Any shelf life on synthetic oil? Good deal at W*l-M*rt

Wally-World has Rotella-T synthetic for only $12.XX. I picked up three gallons, but I'd like to clean the shelves...pick up about 12 of 'em. Will it stay good for 2-3 years.

I do the same thing - stock up on oil. The only drawback I've found is that as soon as I do, it seems like they always come out with a reformulated "improved" version. Oh well....

Best to yall
Bill

Really?! I bought 9 gallons of it last summer when it was on sale for $12.88 but it's been $18 since. They're going to be sorry to see me tomorrow. ;D I was disappointed to find that fresh Rotella Synthetic doesn't have that lovely aroma : that the dino version does.

As long as the seals on the containers are not broken and it was properly stored, it should last indefinately.
