If I load the pictures correctly, you'll see a 98 ram 3500 4x4 dually that looks like a freight liner. Twin compounds, 6 speed, built engine, dd4 etc...I needed a bigger truck( kids) and 250 k on the 98 body had shown its abuse. I don't really care if you like it, its working fabulously for me. Just thought some might find it interesting.

That thing has the potential to be a really beautiful truck with some more fiberglass work on the front.

Sorry it took so long, I couldn't get the password correct.
No its definately not done. Yes the front end will get a lot more work. I'm doing led light on the outside now, the on board air system...for the cab , seats that came with the cab, and horns.
The story is pretty good, it was an extra cab , I have three kids, and we out grew it, literally. Instead of buying a mega cab or something, I got this idea. I build a lot of cars, so it was a why not. The cab is aluminium and fiberglass so its lighter than it was, I'll probably get pretty even on weight with the ad ons....like air system, TVs, wood floor, two beds, etc. It'll seat 8 or 9 . I m also putting two side tanks on, 120 gal each. The cab is moved forward and down. I had to raise it when I decide to put the side tanks on. Its about as high as a three inch lift on a regular truck.

Oh, yea, the cab loaded with stuff was 700$ and they gave me a front end cause I showed them pics of what I wanted to do...the front end is short. I use the dodge firewall, so the brake master, clutch , pedals, volume etc all moved over to the freight liner. I use my dodge key still.

I like it, definitely not an easy blend to make fit, but you are getting it! We only have two kids (and 2 dogs) and outgrew our 98 on anything longer than a 1 hour trip so ended up getting a mega. You definitely have us beat for cargo room.
