Looks to be a 98.5 with the 24v 5.9

I dont know of any Cummins V8 that would fit in our apps. Most Cummins V8's I have seen is the 555 and the 903

Looks like to me that he got the wording wrong.

That must be one of those trucks that were run off the assembly line before it was fully grown up to 24v.

Actually I would bet money that it is a 12v. The owner added any info that he could to show how advanced it is but there is no mention of a fueling box. He would have put that info in. And he said "tuned" ie timing, plate, etc. But then, who knows what was done to it, owner sure has no clue.

In addition all rails to install a 5th wheel hitch have been added with a 78 way electric plug for towing.

A 78-way plug for towing. I wonder where he got all the wires for that plug?

He must wire each chicken light individually.

16V, V-8? Can't be, nor could it have a 78 way plug for towing. Probably a mistake or misprint.

Only 16 valves I'm aware of belong on the 3.9L, 4-cyl engines.
