24valver looking for cheaper alternative
hey guys i dont know anything about bio diesel. I do know that diesel in NC is 3.30 a gallon and rising fast. Is there anything i can do about this such as bio or veggie oil what is the difference i am looking for something cheap not a 4000 dollar investment thanks

If you're looking to make your own Biodiesel, search Google for Appleseed Processor.
A MUCH less expensive way to make Bio from Waste Veggie Oil than those $4,000 "Turn Key" systems with plastic tanks.

I have been considering the home brew alternative for awhile now, but just haven't had time. The diesel cost around here is $3.24 to $3.34 depending on what station you go to.
