Excursion 12v radiator hose?

Does anyone have pics of lower radiator hose setup? What are you using?
Ive got the engine, trans and t/case in and doing plumbing. I thought I saw pics of hose going between a/c compressor and frame but I only have 2" in that area. Also, I have the stock engine driven fan in place and test fit the radiator, there is no way the shroud will fit without major surgery. Any help would be appreciated.

Ended up buying radiator hose kit. Lower hose has 90 that comes off engine and points forward directly above frame rail. It attaches to metal tube(approx. 2ft) that has 90 that points toward center and downward. It attaches to another 90 that goes into radiator. Seems to work well. I like the idea that the portion in front of the compressor pulley is metal tube, not just rubber hose. Id take pics but cant find camera. The upper hose looks like OE Dodge. The shroud needed alot of trimming. I cut it down to 4" deep and raised it 3/4" vertically. The top was molded at an angle which I removed by heating the plastic and making it 90 to the radiator.

I will post some pics when I find the camera. I chose to convert the engine, trans, and t/case at the same time which has taken longer than I thought. The end is near. I fired it up today and am close to the first test drive. I am going from V10, automatic, electric t/case, to 12v, ZF6(dual disc), manaul t/case. My biggest surprise so far is how different the floor is from Excursion to F-series. I had to cut the floor to accept the ZF6. Bought a section of floor from a F250, and trying to graft the two.The height around shifter area is about 3" higher and passenger floor shape is different(more foot room on Ex). The metal pipe on the lower radiator hose is closer to 18"

Got about a thousand miles on it now. Last tank got 17mpg with some spirited driving Once the excitement wears off, the mileage should get better. WAY better power than before!

What kind of mileage were you getting in stock V10 form?

The V10 got 9-10 mpg daily and 5-6 towing my toyhauler. It had way less power while doing it than the Cummins does!
