So I might have found a solid KS 85 Crew cab Long bed for sale. Before the wife says NO! how much work is there to it if I used my 93 D250 parts? I know this much:

Tranny cross member (has 727, the donor has a A518)
Carrier bearing cross member
Front core support

All of this will come from the 93, anything else? Pretty straight forward, right? Can it be done to driving in a week?

yes it could be done in a week if you worked on it full time and had atleast on person to help entire time..
