Crew cab conversion to CTD

Hi all,

I have decided to convert my beautiful 75 crew from the 440 to a CTD. The easy way is to find a 1990-1993 CTD donor truck, easy swap, but I want to use a 1994-1998 12Valve. My reason for this is the "bigger/better" injection pump. I am going to make this a "hot" truck, weekend only toy. Any thoughts or experience?

Conversion

EASY???? hah, you aint done one then.....I did the Black 75 that was on here a couple months ago, and there's a LOT more than just swaping the motor/trans and a couple brackets. to do it "Correct" you need to swap ALL the engine compartment wireing, all the dash harness( for the timer's/ warning lites ect.)
is it 2wd or 4x4? that is a whole different issue, the rad support from a donor truck is needed, due to the intercooler mt'ing and different rad. and i can go on and on. if ya want more info or pic's Pm me.
