power adder or not ?

i guess this is kind of an opinion survey of sorts.what do you consider the following to be and why,twins,n20,lp,water/meth,are they all true power adders,or are some fuel,is there a difference betweeen extra fueling and a power adder, what do you think...

I say that n2o, lp, and water/meth are power adders.

Straight water is not.

And a second turbo is a power adder seeing that our trucks came stock with 1.

nitrous, propane and methanol-what do these 3 have in common?
yes water and twins are power adders also , but i beleive theres a safety concern here, can you imagine how much drugs it would take to clear all the fuel in modified pulling pickup.

Water only a power adder? Heck NO!!!

Propane is.
Water/Meth is but only slightly on the big power engines.
Twins are
Nitrous is!

The big power trucks should be allowed a small amount of Meth, just to aid in cooling. You might gain a few ponnies, but the engine making it through the year without metldown is second to nothing else. If Meth is ultimately considered a power adder, I am happy and would met in the middle if water was allowed without restriction.

when water is applied to big power trucks,it helps keep there power curve longer and flatter than before they added the water in most of the cases were i have tracked people down and asked for opinions and experience, isnt this a power adder? i agree nos and an extra turbo are power adders, but what will lp do for a way overfueled truck....nothing nada zip.as far as water meth, definately a power adder trying to find the amount to keep from cookng it is a must but still a big power adder to over fueled trucks...i dont see water as getting to power adder label, and i hope lp doesnt as it is just a fuel, i mean if fuel is considered a power adder should bigger injects be considered a power adder to?

Yes, I agree with much of this.

Propane adds power to the lower fueled engines ( i.e. CR )
But will not add anything to a big powered P pumped engine and some MAX effort 24 V's.

Water and Meth can add over 100 HP with single turbos and average fueled engines, but hardly anything on the big stuff.

Nitrous always adds power. Some more than others.

Water only does not add a bunch, but like you said without it, the big power cant be made cuz the heat gets too high.

I guess in the end, the Pro trucks need the water to keep the fans and everyone amazed. The Pro trucks with no water will need to detune and slow down in most cases. No steps in extra performance will be made withiut it.

It can be confusing. No doubt. It is going to take some wisdom and a few people might get upset before it is all sorted out.
