Well me and my brother decided to hook up last night. He's got a 2005 and I've got a 2001, on the scales at the truck pulls he always weighed about 7500-7800lbs, I weighed 6500-6800lbs, so he had the weight advantage. So we got er tight and let her rip, and to mine and everybody else's surprize we both stood there, all 8 tires rollin with smoke, after about 30 seconds we stopped and unhooked, we had never seen two trucks hold each other, even on pavement.

 

Pictures and videos would have been nice but good stuff! Glad you never broke anything either... would not have been a pretty site

 

wow, never heard of that. now if you woulda hooked to a ford, on the other hand, u coulda pulled him all over town.

 

Once you were both spinning all your tires, all you would have had to do is slam on the brakes, then punch it and you'd be pulling him backwards.

He could have done the same thing though.

I dont know if you have read any of mine or my brother's previous post, but if you have you would know that none of are ferd buddies will hook up to us, because we have already pulled them backwards .
