There are always skeptics and doubters. Sad thing.

with huge turbos and the right tuning you can greatly reduce smoke and still make big power. Westers is particularly known for this. I personally know a guy with a 6" lifted extended cab/short bed dmax on 35's with stock everything on the engine (stock turbo, etc..), runs westers, and goes 13.0 seconds flat in the 1/4 mile. The darn thing doesnt smoke at all, honest. The tuning capabilities of an electronic common-rail diesel are endless...its not a 12 valve.

I do kinda agree tho, Ill have to see it with my own eyes to completely beleive it (a 1,000hp pull)

EFI live is a great tool...you can tune it to run exactly as you want it too, and full control over timing, fueling, everything! Smoke can be created or eliminated with a few clicks of the mouse!

i know but i'm not knocking them if they did do it and if they did that's good thing for he duramax crew but i have noticed alot of time u hvae one person or couple people saying this truck did this and they have no proof of it . like a a truck doing 12 second 1/4 and having no slip or saying i have it but u can't see it or dyno slips. and dynojets i though were made to tune a truck. the drums are only like 2000 pounds and when there spinning there no alot of pressure. i saw mustang dynos that i have seen have like a 2 drums and the tires go in between them and u can put more pressure on a tires to give it a more real life like driving it on the road so they use a dynojet then a mustang dyno to see what they can get out of it insted of a dynojet alot of people use for tunning?

awesome!!! I know a ton of people from the diesel place will be there, it'd be awesome if we could get lots of DTR guys too. The more smoke the better.

Kyle proves his horsepower on the pulling track! He runs with Erik Stacey, Curt/Van Haisley, and Schied at almost every pull and if there is a such thing as a 1,000hp truck then I'd say they are in that category.

from what i have seen he never ran with erik stacey or any of them look at the dhra pulls he not even close to a schied truck look at his site with his pull. the boy goes to fair pulls and get first there and he never break and then he goes to the dhra and breaks give me a break. bye the way the basic three u put out there are mod class and he running in pro street.
Ingram, Brad 287 436
Meyers, Dustin 674 400
Severson, Craig 296 400
Straley, Jeremy 258 227
Michael, Kyle 573 201
Balish, Bruce 684 178

there are the 06 points for the dhra don/t see where he is close to anybody in points

1. Severson, Craig 296 55 292.12 X
2. Ingram, Brad 287 53 269.44 X
3. Heyen, Bill 303 51 260.97 X
4. Meyers, Dustin 674 49 257.31 X
5. Michael, Kyle 573 47 245.82 X
really don,t see him close there in idiana

1. Ingram, Brad 287 55 297.00 X
2. Severson, Craig 296 53 276.00 X
3. Meyers, Dustin 674 51 253.06 X
4. Michael, Kyle 573 49 226.07 X
5. Carter, Joe 247 47 191.08 X
6. Johnson, Eric 437 45 171.03 X
7. Straley, Jeremy 258 43 91.06 X
don't see him close there either in cynthiana
and he broke three other pulls and he never when to all the pullsd so i guess when he get better or closer than i that. then everone can get one that climax is something from what i see he never fix the truck right because he wants an excuse when he can't run with any of the pro street truck
