Got the S67 loaded over the weekend.. Just the 1st step tune with a little torque enhancement.. MMMMM.. I can't wait to get some visual on the EGT and Boost then taking it up one more step. Oh and then getting rid of the regen cycle will be nice in the future. Stock.. BAH!

Was at a Scouting event this weekend at the Reynolds Museum in Wetaskiwin so I was out for the drags anyway.
For the first uploader I have ever played with.. Works well.. Smoke free too! Well for now anyway
.. I drove a 6.7 with the Edge and I think the Smarty is just as responsive on the low level setting. I uploaded the 60 (#3 Tq 2) load last night for giggles and its just a nice bump. Its nice being confident that the uploader will work, worth the wait.

So did you go for the ME version of the S67? I want to know if that fixes yucky stuff up? Hopefully the tranny hangs in, as I heard a there a few durablity issues with the RE68 on a few higher HP rides. Keep us up to date. It would be cool to see the difference between the settings on the programmer. Might have to bring the truck to the AFI dyno on March 23?

I have plans for the "yucky stuff" later on here. Right now I am staying within the safe limits that MADS suggests for the stock AT.. Low torque setting and max 60 hp. I will probably drop it to the 30hp level for towing the RV. I am monitoring the reliability issues on the 68RE for any improvements.
There is a Red Deer vendor/manufacturer for the delete pipe and the ME takes care of the EGR and monitoring circuits. I look forward to this next step.

Its easy to just rip it off but you still have to fool dodge service shop so you get some warranty. There was quick fix on one of the forums that you adjust the egr valve so it functions but doesn't open the valve. We are gonna have to take a close look at the truck at the next outting. How heavy is the RV? Keeps us informed on how well it tows the RV.
Thats how I started bombing my truck.

I have been in touch with the Alpha and Beta test groups for the S67 since it was first let out for testing.. I am aware of the changes required for the EGR system. Its pretty straight forward and with what I am proposing to do, in about 1 hour, it will be back to stock ready for inspection.
