Finally did it , went and bought the S&W 50 cal revolver.
Now just gotta find some sucker, er ah, volunteer to drop the hammer the first time.
First round is a 440 grain slug.

Jumps up waving frantically

I think I can find an empty can that will probably pull a knife and force me to shoot it

I have a friend who bought one, I personally didn't shoot but he was telling me that it had a healthy kick. BTW the rounds are huge.

50 cal is the only shortarm I own, had it for about fifteen years now, it is a blackpowder gun, percussion cap. tosses a nice chunk of lead down range through a healthy screen of smoke! fun gun to shoot.

The varmit load for my .50-140-3 1/4 Sharps is a 500 grain. Serious stuff takes the 750.

The way my 454 Cassull kicks, I'm almost afraid to try this one. But hey, I got it.

Me, Me. pick Me.............waving hand franticly

The .454 WAS a handful, but not too bad.
I wouldn't want to shoot a case-o-ammo at one sitting though......

I didn't think I could handle the evil one so I got the 10 inch barrell I think it is. I'll post some pics for comparison later. This thing is just massive.

12 rounds were $29.00 so I doubt it will get shot much.
