Sounds like a plan. If we need to weld up the volute I know a guy.

 

Brett, I'll get one of those turbos and we can put together a plan to fix-up a few of the issues with it. I can get it tested out prior to installing into a truck. Borg might have a VG set-up for that turbo, just that they start to get expensive with more tricks inside but that would the secert to getting the S510 turbo to spool decently. I think once that turbo spools, good things will start to occur. A turbo with more than 150lbs/min of air, tons of fuel, what a fun ride that would be.
