Is the primary inlet facing rearward? The exhaust is facing forward? Looks like one of gates dumps right on top of the valve cover. Did it come with an injection pump? I would check the welds on that one gate that was used for a strapping tie down.

Looking good. So you gonna rip her down and swap parts off the other engine?

inlet faces to the front of the truck. I think that the one wastegate dumps straight up... probably through the hood beside the stack I am thinking. I am going to check all welds. (the strap is actually just the excess strap so that it isnt flapping around... I will be moving over my stage 2 cp3, my fuel rail and my ecu. I have to get a fluid dampner for a 6.7 my 5.9 one wont fit.

That is an ugly looking paint job. A nce deep blue will look good on there. Time to bolt your stock flex plate on there and let it rip!

Strange combo of turbo's. 75 over an 80 is really close in size. I am interested to see how it will perform. If I were the one sizing them I probably would have gone to at least an 88 primary, but like I said it will be interesting to see how they run.

It will be interesting to see how it spools and what kinda of top end power you get out the set-up Kev.

Nice stuff buddy, I would take a picture of my stuff, but its too tiny compared to your set-up. Brett and I just worked on my little GT35 over a S366 on the weekend.

Of course lets not forget that S480 is one big darn turboprobably around 1000-1400 rwhp rated by itself, add in NOS. Wow, I hope those rods are of an aftermarket heavy duty type.

I can't wait to see what kinda of numbers you put up at our next dyno outting.

Thats what I was thinking. A 71 would probably be more appropriate where the 75 is, or like you said, make that primary bigger. Wouldn't be much point in running high pressure from the primary with compressors that size.

Here what Brett and I put together on the weekend they are a wee little bit smaller than your. This twin turbos set-up is based on the GT35 and the S366 sized turbo, the little details will cost you a beer or two. I was a cheap skate and didn't spring for a short radius 3in exhaust piece, so we built our own. Its looks like its been tiger striped. I'll have to grind off the welding some more.Hopefully by the end of the weekend I have them heat soaked some. I'm going to build my own cold air box/ram air system to go with the turbos, plus the air tubing to the intercooler. The secondary turbo outlet from the GT35 is 2 1/2in diameter and my intercooler is 3in inlet. Totally different than the standard. Down the road we as going to try a external gate. Might even up scale the primary some, who knows.
