You want to get a 12v or 24v head cut? Good luck, real hard to find anyone locally. I knew someone from Balzac area did orings, but I would have to do a check see. I wanted to buy the tool to cut the head, but its pricey. Swamp donkey has a tool to cut the block to install o-rings. I think Tate had his done in edmonton, Nisku area.

Do You know what/how you want the orings cut? What diameter size of wire and oring placement? I think most use 39 to 41 thou wire and protrusion is 9-12 thou. I like more protrusion and using the thicker wire for better sealing. What grade of head studs you going with? Most of my orings bite into the inner wire of the head gasket (fire ring)

oh mike that cutter is swanky......me likey.

the Isky cutter swamp donkey used on his block was a borrowed unit from someone up there. I asked him about that before. and the isky cutter only does the engine block IIRC.

Yup, it was borrowed. I have not fired the engine and hit it with any boost to even see if the o-ringing did its job!

My 12v head is currently getting the orings done in Vancouver. I could be interested in getting my VP 24v head done as well as my 6.7L at some point.

So there would be a demand out there...Seems that CT is the only company in Alberta that has this tool...

I think that would be money well spent. You could probably pay for that in a few jobs if your not giving a buddy rate.
