What the heck...Did I become some sort of event coordinator..Being that we are unsucessful in finding a dyno in Alberta...I guess this is the best we could do.

So what do you guys think?...This event does overlap the Calgary races that day.Should we try and get some trucks for this event,for the guys not racing their trucks that day??This event is for any vehicle...Dodge,Ford and Chev...Even if you have some other vehicle to show...No problem..

Good on you for organizing these Dave. Last w/end's Mopar Show & Shine was a great success that was your doing!


Unfortunately we will be away camping for this w/end but I'm sure some trucks will able to join in.

As an aside, I'm hoping we get good results & reviews from the DPS dyno.

I will have to see what I'm up to. I'm a maybe. I probably like to see some diesel making some hard runs at the track.

 

We have three trucks so far for Sunday...If anyone else thats not going to the races...We will be at the show and shine..

The Rain Out Date is August 8th....Which...by the long range forecast...could happen.

Thanks for the voice mail---i did not receive it until after i posted the last message,i don't usually check my phone messages received late that day until i'm on my way to work the next morning ----usually 3:00AM----HAVE FUN.DW

 

If the forecast is right...I think this event will be cancelled to Aug 08...I kind of hope so,because another forecast said it could be 13C by Sunday with no rain...To darn cold for me...

I just talked to the prez of the Firebird club...looks like if Sunday morning there is no rain...this show is a go....Now that the diesel races have been cancelled for Sunday...I have trucks that want to come to the show...As long as the weather is good...Lets see how this pans out..
