the 1st and second gen are the same , i have a second gen on my 1st gen

well there ya go .

ok anyone have a 1 st gen exhaust manifold or a 2 gen and a 24 valve manifold for R & D

The 24V head had the different ports. I believe all the 12V heads have the same ports/ manifold from 89 to 1998.5
