Need a bandsaw.

Find a mom and pop type machine shop.

Agreed. I cut all the pipes in my twins by hand, as well as Kev's 5" down pipe. Just need to mark it out well and stay on the line.

you will be fine. Use a poster board to mark your lines, then use your grinder, just take your time

If you draw it out first you can easy be within a 1/16th with a zip disc. Like Kevin said just takes some patience.

It fun trimming the tubes to match up. You should try a roll cage or exhaust system. A band saw is best way. Zip disk work good as well.

What you building buddy?

Testing how long two component paint will last on properly prepped exhaust systems..Also looking into the new component type high temp paint.

here's a cool way to get a pattern if the mitre box doesn't pan out Dave.
This looks to be 22.5* but the process will work for 45*, just different numbers.
Can a way be figured out to strap it on tight to the chop saw so it doesn't move?
