Got there at like 240pm, wandered around the pits a bit, and then found some friends of mine in the stands. Pulls didn't get started till almost 4pm, and then they dicked around with quads and side by side pulls. I sure hope I never have to endure that again, so long, so boring. At least it was a nice day and there were beer gardens.

Overall it was a nice day in the sun. It was entertaining to watch Mike try to start in 5th gear, and stall it, and then decide 4th was the way to go. As we had a bet going as to what would happen if he tried it.

Was disappointed that there was only one diesel tractor.

I've got some crappy iPhone vids of the diesel trucks. I'll put them up when I get home. But in the meantime I took the gf to a b&b in Calgary.

It was too bad that 12v popped a boot, he had some good rpm and was really on top of the tire, I think he had close to a full pull in it.

I hardly recognized Mike's truck (green dodge) Last year it was silver, and had 22.5" truck wheels and tires. I was sitting with some of Mike's buddies that help him work on the truck, and they had said they he was going to try and start in 5th, so we had some bets going on, if he would stall it, or lug it, or break it.

I thought for sure the Superduty was going to break the way he kept in it after it started to buck (hard to see, as it was down at the other end from where the video was shot)

Torey brought the power. That truck really just out muscled everyone else.
