The 4 Duramaxes from Lloyd are out so you can wipe them off the list Demon. Do you still need any doorprizes as I have some cammo hoodies and steak spices from our company to donate?

I'm sure the list doesn't matter anymore. We've got enough for a minimum, so the more the merrier.

But hey I've got a couple brand new sets of Detroit primary Fuel filters and filter head. I'll bring on Sat. filters are new wrapped filter manifold. Apparently we throw them out at work because Racors are used but dang. Theres some massive fuel filtartion availiable there.

Demon, you get in those special injector that I got from DDP? I wanta see a good old clutch sparking show. Its been a couple years. My trucks is running ok, not perfect yet, but close. I still haven't installed my methanol kit yet. There always next year. I was looking at API website, that shop looks too clean for use diesel heads. I wonder what they are gonna think when we put a nice coating of soot on the roof and walls. I know mine hardly smokes but...it could happen

not yet, I've been on 12s since I saw you. but I;m thinking tommorrow afternoon.

though, If I don't get the FASS installed at least I probably won't run on the DYNO. I am still turning the stock liftpump. although relocated with 1/2" line. I've had 3 occations where I've had the truck shut down on me. due to out running the lift pump already.

regardddless the DDPs are going in tommorrow. I need to see if the clack in my motor is a bad injector. if its no change with the new sticks then I'll worry..........I'm banking on a cure though.

Whatda want for the filters and head? Any idea what other filters would fit on there? Fleetguagrd must make something that would fit.

I was thinking about using a Racor 460...

I'm sure the filters can be had by any manufacturer. its a common head size for big engines. cat cummins detroit fleetguard whoever. say for the first set someone covers my dyno entry or $100 if I don't have my truck. now you can straight swap the detroit secondary filters on it for better filtration downstream of the pump. they're the exact same size.

I am going to bring down my stock 181 dv's........ And I might put them in my truck. Weather permitting of course. If I do this you are welcome to try/buy my 191 dv's. That is if I can borrow Tates super duper delivery valve socket!

Oh yes...much I should have put something in the pic for perspective...........

these are highway tractor size filters. the ports are 1" NPT you can get a fitting to size it from 1" to whatever size and shape you want. these are mega flow and good filtration for an engine our size. I would almost put a blocking plate on one head and only run 1 filter or use both on a big HP application. These were OEM for our 12 & 16v 2000 series Detroits. in the 1000-1500 hp catagory. the 4000 series v12s use 4 of these for a 2250hp engine.
