Key Fob functions

I just found out that my key fob controls the windows. I was never told about this function. I just realized when I pushed the unlock button to many times that the windows went down. So after trying a combation of buttons I figured out that if I press unlock 4 times and hold on the fourth I can control how far the front two windows lower. I wonder what else I'm not getting full use of from not being informed.

I just went out and tried mine, it works by pushing twice and holding the second time. Cool!

ya only have to push it twice and on the 2nd push, hold it and it will roll the windows down fully or partially down (however long you hold the button)

sounds like the same concept Mercedes has. I've always liked that feature!

To roll back up insert key into ignition, turn key, use short fat finger to lift windows switch.

You cannot roll them back up as it is a safety feature. Can't hurt anything rolling them down, but can get a kids head stuck when rolling it up :P

The window sensitivity is good but bad. On ruff roads I have to fight to get them to roll up. If I hit a bump while there rolling up, there they go back down.

reset the peramiters.

push and hold the window button down and count to 5 while still pushing it down, then go up and hold and count to 5 then go back down. then click the auto feature to make sure it took. this sometimes "resets" the system and may correct the issue but not 100% positive it will.

I had to check mine yesterday and voila!! it worked. I told a co-worker who has a 1500 and his worked as well. We both have 2010's and never were told of this function. Any other little tricks that we all should know?
