Interesting radio problem

I have the Media Center 430 (RBZ) radio in my 2012. I have loaded some photos on the HDD and set one as the background photo. Usually after sitting overnight the background photo defaults back to stock and all uploaded photos are now deleted.

Anyone encounter this? I saw one occurrance of this on a Jeep forum, but no responses as of yet. Also any idea who the manufactur is of the RBZ?

You might want to check with the dealership for an update. There is an update for mine, but mine is also an 11. I also remember that the RZB and RHB are manufactured by the same company but, I cant recall who it is at the moment. It is different than the other models.

Do you know what the current software level of your headunit is?

I used this site to update my 2010 radio software. It has step by step directions for creating an update cd. It will also show you how to check your current software to see if there is an update for you. I just saw that the RBZ is manufactured by Mitsubishi and not by Harman Becker. So this site is for us rer radio owners.

Here is the software on mine. This is without the update (I'm getting the update tomorrow). Also mine is the RHB version so yours may have different software.

Cool thanks. I found out that my radio is a Mitsubishi (Mercedes-Benz uses them as well). I have a link to Mitsubishi electronics development through my work so I will see if they can provide some insight.

Heck yeah. Anyone elses, when streaming bluetooth audio, get kidnapped by the Chipmunks????

My will play at double speed. Was told its a known issue, and the latest official Dodge Mygig update did squat to fix it.

I keep my old iPod Classic chained up in the glovebox, but it would still be nice for it to work for when the wife or a friend wants to ride and listen to tunes from their phone.

The 430n

I think it's the RHB if I'm not mistaken.

Well poop. That's not what I wanted to hear. I'm taking my truck in at 8 for the update.

The update fixed my bluetooth streaming problem. No more chipmunks when I get a text. Haven't tested the hard connection yet. I forgot my cable at home. I'll update when I get home.
