Does anyone know if you can have the exhaust brake come on with the remote start?

 

I'll have to check but I thought it DID come on if the temp was cold enough, along with the heated seats, steering wheel and high idle.

 

I know for sure it doesn't come on by itself. I did a start last night in 8 degree temps and I had to manually turn it on when I got into the truck. You can hear it engage when the button is activated. The high idle does turn on with remote start when it's cold enough.

 

I spent a few months in sub zero temperatures this year, saw minus 15 on my gauge one morning. High idle kicked in and could hear the brake working as well. Glad I'm out of that frozen pit of Haydes.
