Edge CTS not working

Edge CTS not working
All,
My Edge CTS on my 2010 Ram 3500 stopped working this AM. I had no warning, and the display says it is not communicating with the truck. I did not install this thing, so I'm not very familiar with it. Where should I start?

Make sure that you have a good connection at both ends of your power cable....the one that connects to your CTS and your OBD II port.
If that doesn't work, contact Edge they have great customer service.
