I had a reservation with Tim to fit me in and get new injectors installed on Friday afternoon and Saturday morning (Today). I was 25 miles from his shop yesterday when my 4 month old (4000 mile) Raptor 150 took a dump on me. I lost the ability to drive over 40mph and I lugged my behind all the way till I got to his shop. When I got there he immediately, and I say immediately, climbed under my truck in the parking lot and started to confirm that the Raptor was bad. Within about 3-5 minutes he verified the pump was shot and called from his cell phone to have one overnighted to us. The new pump arrived before 10am this morning and I was back on the road with new injectors and my brand spanky Raptor 150 by 1pm. Tim really has gone WAYYY out of his way for me every time I get him to do something. Not only was he taking care of me but he had several extremely nice trucks torn apart in the shop and all the customers were a blast to talk to. Heck, there was even a guy there from Montana getting a built 48 installed and those guys had him back on the road in just a few hours. AMAZING. Anyway, if you have access to the Norfolk area I promise that Tim and his crew have got you covered. He even handled all the warranty stuff for the shot Raptor for me.

As far as the injectors go, lets just say my truck runs flawless. (Except for the lack of traction due to the increased tq.) Look at my sig for info

The neighbors house is for sale BTW!! And with the housing market in the gutter its 100K less than 4 yrs ago.

I know I have not posted in a while, but, I got some tasty mods. I expect some EFI numbers soon, can someone say 800+hp, uhhhh I can and believe me when I say the neighbor hears it warm up every morning for 15minutes!! HAHA

 

Tim is the quintessential "Classy Guy"...if you can find better people...I don't know them.

Top Mechanic, Great Person and I have NEVER heard a bad word about him.....Whats not to like?

I dont know Tim personally, however in my diesel community his name is highly regarded.

I have known Tim for around 8 years and when I was heavy into building my truck he was always there for me. Great guy and lots of knowledge.

 

I have kept up with the "Montana" guy since the transmission install from that night and he is absolutely pleased and confident that his 48 trans is much better. He, unlike anyone else I have met, got a fully built transmission on his low mileage stock 06 prior to any other mod. I told him that it is unlikely that he will ever need another transmission. It was a beautiful truck!!

I can't wait to go back and spend time with guys that enjoy the same things as I do.
