Charlie Daniels gives a "shout out" to DTR!
Well, I told you I was headed for "redneck heaven" and I sure made it tonight! The Charlie Daniels band with The Marshall Tucker band and The Outlaws, on one stage. WOW!!! Talk about rock and roll, my toes are still dancing. This first pic is none other than the man himself, Charlie Daniels. Super, super nice guy and very accommodating to his fans. He let us take all kinds of pictures and even did a shout out but unfortunately my wife's camera didn't record the sound, sorry. But in the second pic, we still figured a way to "git-r-done" for the folks at DTR!
And a special Totallyrad pic just for my (bcs)boys from Texas. They may not know who the CDB is but they know all about that chicken wing chain with the owl for a logo.
This has been a wonderful night, even my wife had fun. I hope y'all enjoy the pictures and if you ever get the chance, go see these folks, they totally rock the house! Totallyradout

Looks like you had an excellent night out, you took some great pics too.
I saw the Outlaws and Marshal Tucker a long time ago, it is one of my favorite concerts, (except for the 2 day hangover).
Glad you and the wife had fun,
Tim

He is great! He did everything to make us feel comfortable and unhurried. One things for certain, he might look a little older but his talent has only moved to a higher level.

I meet Charlie and his whole band at TQ in Iraq when he came around and played. Got lots of pics and video of him playing on stage and some Marines that played with him. His band came to our hut and played several different times when a sand storm moved in and they couldn't fly out.
