I've got a 2016 Cummins Laramie with less than 30,000 miles. At about 15,000 miles I had it deleted through the local garage and got a 4" exhaust. It ran perfectly fine, yet I wasn't impressed with the performance the 4" gave me so I made the switch to a 5". Shortly after, I began to have problems. Whenever I accelerate at roughly 70-76 MPH my entire cab begins to shake pretty roughly. As soon as I let off the gas or drive any other speed it runs flawless. Almost seems as if it is not getting enough fuel. The truck has been in the shop for nearly a month now and my guy can not seem to figure out what is wrong. Any suggestions? Thanks!

 

I'd find another shop, or return it to stock. These trucks are awesome just the way they came from the factory (until the warranty is up).

 

Go back to 4 inch that is all these trucks need.
