Does anyone know what the 2016 module fits and the hp #'s

Dr. Performance, #2016, fits 2004.5-05, CTD, 85hp/165fttq.

positive it does not work on the 03-04 though, I know a guy selling one that gave that part number but said it says 03 on the module

Pretty sure he was running it on an 03 just not sure if there is any benefit

Well the web site says: Part# 2016 2005 Dodge Cummins 'Stage I' 70 HP @ 110 FPT

I had a Part # 2017 that was for an 04.5 600: Stage II 85HP/160FPT. That part number disappeared about the time I returned mine for making the truck run very rough.
