Dr. Performance, #2016, fits 2004.5-05, CTD, 85hp/165fttq.

positive it does not work on the 03-04 though, I know a guy selling one that gave that part number but said it says 03 on the module[eyecrazy]

Pretty sure he was running it on an 03 just not sure if there is any benefit

Well the web site says: Part# 2016 2005 Dodge Cummins 'Stage I' 70 HP @ 110 FPT

I had a Part # 2017 that was for an 04.5 600: Stage II 85HP/160FPT. That part number disappeared about the time I returned mine for making the truck run very rough.
