2011 DPF Deletes and Programmers
Anyone have any idea when the 2011 will have deletes and programmers?? I would like to get the dpf and cat off as soon as i can to increase the mpg.

Also i see the H&S have a egr and cooler delete. What is a cooler delete? Would it be worth deleting both the egr and cooler?
My goal is the get better MPG and get alittle smoke so i am going to def. get the programming to delete the dpf and the cat. I dont think the mufflers are that restrictive of these dodges.
When they come out any ideas on what package to get?? thank you

Some of our bombed trucks do smoke but for most of us that isn't the goal but rather the result from increased fueling.
Better to stay under the radar when modding our trucks. The smoke meisters are partly responsible for the DPF and greater difficulty in getting programmers for these bad boys.

eventually you will wat to delete the egr/cooler if adding a tuner and exhaust. it is not needed right away as the tuner will turn the egr off.
as far axhaust, yes the muffler itself doesnt do much as the cat and dpf muffle quite a bit. most guys are gettig a complete flo pro exhaust in either 4" or 5". you can get the 4" with muffler for $319 shipped and that is tough to beat. if you want loud, get the 5". you can also remove the muffler with each of these kits

From what i understand, cooler delete removes the EGR actuator and the cooling lines so that it is completely removed and blocked off. The engine coolant circulates thru it to cool the EGR gases. There have been some threads in the past about the importance of this as just having the EGR disabled but allowing coolant / exh. enter, may lead to mositure or other junk build up. Im not 100% certain if its still an issue on the 2010's or if this is the eaxact issue but im guessing it might be if they are sellign the kits.
Perhaps someone else who knwos with certainty can chime in?

Ok i guess bottom line is if i am deleting the egr should i just take the cooler off as well and block that???? It is not much more to just order them both and the same time. Wont hurt nothing correct?

alright i guess i will do that then... anyone has information if the 2011 or the same as 2010?? If so i could order now and get that stuff off the motor and maybe get better MPGs Any thoughts

Could somebody please explain the Bunges. not sure what they are but i am guessing they are the hook ups on the exhaust like for the o2 senor and oxygen senor etc. I am seeing exhaust where it says with and without. Which one should i get if i am planning on getting a tuner that will clear codes?? one without correct?
if i was not getting a tuner i would get one with bunges so i could hook the existing ones up correct?
thanks

As far as tuners go I have only ever had Smarty and i really liked them. I would like one that i could just hook up to the ODB and let it do its thing and then just put it away. i really dont want one that will set on the dash anywhere. I just want something that will give me better power off the starrt and increase my MPG.
like the smarty jr had 3 increases and i always just had it on the 70hp increase thats all. I even got smoke if i wanted which dont mind every once in awhile haha.
thank you
