P2915 o2 Sensor Lingering Issue

Well it has been sometime since I posted to this thread and wanted to share what seems to be "the fix" for these O2 sensor code issues. The last repair only made it about 3 months and the light came back on. After a call to Customer Service at Ram I was able to schedule my truck in for service at yet another dealership. I was able to speak to the tech on a one on one basis. That was important to me because of my own background as a tech.
He was able to pull the codes while I was still in the service right up area and we had a discussion about the previous repair attempts. Very quickly he made the decision to order a transmission wiring harness for my truck. The "new" harness had an updated part number and included in the harness was the updated wire size and connector terminals.
Still somewhat skeptical but willing to work with them towards a solution. The new harness was installed. I have been using the truck almost everyday since and I am glad to report that I have not had the check engine light come back on since.
It has always been for me that if there is a problem that arrises, there is always a solution. Some more drastic than others but still a solution. As of this point this is what worked for my situation and hopefully it will help others as well.

Been having ck eng. light for about a month now. 2012 Laramie w/ only 21,000 miles. Currently at the dealer for the third time. First time changed connectors and lasted one day. Second time flashed computer which lasted two days. Codes I am getting are P014C and P2000.

I was able to find my copy of the invoice for the repair that was made to my truck in December 2013. The number on the invoice for the transmission harness is 68085409AE. I have been able to put about 16,000 miles on the truck since then and have not experienced a check engine light since. I hope this helps.

603,
Which dealer did you go to and do you have the name of the tech? I'm desperately trying to get my P2000 fixed, its been 2 years and 30,000 mi, 2 dealers and an entire emissions system... minus the harness.
First post on a nice board! I've been reading but haven't posted yet.
Thanks!

Took my new to me 2011 into the Dealer after replacing both o2 sensors and still having the light...and yes, the harness is the faulty one but unlike you guys, they want to charge me $800 even though there is a TSB on it!!!

I've had the harness replaced after 2 separate sensor failures, since the harness has been replaced I am currently on my 4th sensor failure. I really have little faith in these guys to fix anything.
