I've seen one post where a 2015 SRW 3500 was able to be ordered with 3.73. This link seems to agree. What throws me off is a 6000lb front axle option. Makes me question the validity of the site. Click on the engineering tab under packages and options to find the gears. I hope it's correct and stays that way.

I will not believe anything from a non Chrysler site. I will wait for the Ram Body Builder’s Guide for 2015 is published to see it the 3:73/4:10 differentials are offered with the Cummins engine and transmissions. The 3:73/4:10 differential sizes are offered with the gas engine trucks so this could be where the mistake could come in.

When I was at the Columbus Mid-Engine Plant for Cummins at the roll-out at that time the new 2013.5 trucks; the Ram engineers emphasized that the SRW trucks where only offered in 3:42 differentials. Their reasoning was the truck developed enough torque and could out pull any previously built truck from 2012 with 4:10 gears. And they did not want to stress the drive line components to where there could be potentially early failures. Remember the engineers design for stock components and attachments that are authorized by Ram; not after market components like oversize tires and wheels or 6” lift kits.

That's my concern. I will use 35's like everybody else does. The 4.10 works very well with the 35's. Just need the option.
