Well, I got to thinking the other day, God bless my thinking! Well, why doesnt dodge have a 3rd gen extended cab? Did they just quit making them in 02?

 

Yep thye quit making them after 02. That's why their 4 door has a smaller back seat than the other two. They streched the extended cab, and gave it real doors. Fewer configurations is more profitable for them. And does not seem to kill profitability. That's also why no long bed mega cabs, they would need to make a new frame for them. And no cab and chassis. That on I think is a major oversight on their part.

 

i would love to see an xtended 3rd gen.

 

they have just arrived at dealerships. there is a thread here where one member test drove one.

 

Yeah, I knew the 07 were gonna ba avallable as C&C. Just wasn't clear, none from 03-06.
