Wiper Motor?
I have a buddy of mine who has a 2006 CTD Lone Star edition.Has about 35,000 miles on it, bought used from someone else. This morning his wipers were on high and they were moving extremely slow. Wipers are in good condition. Could it be a wiper motor or something else? Ideas.

More info, the wipers only work on high,no other settings work. It takes about 8 seconds for the wipers to go from park,up and then back to park. Anyone?
