Since the 2007 models introduced a NEW Cummins engine, will they come out with a 4th Gen Forum here??

It's still a 3rd Gen. truck. Just a new engine. There was talk and the mods are looking into adding a new catagory for them so the questions don't bog down the other three catagories. I hope they do this.

Gosh are some of guys really that ^%$^%$^. Ive seen this many times before before.

Generations are defined by a complete model change. New frame, new body panels, ect.

Just because they change the engine or headlights doesnt mean a new gen.

Havent you realized the 2nd gen's cover 12 and 24 valve engines.

There will be a 6.7 engine spefic forum but its not a 4th gen.

Thank you

I was wondering the same thing.

Apparently BigDan decides what are good questions or not.Maybe he should keep his personal responses to himself.

Don't let BigDan get to you, he's a member on Pirate4x4 and that is where he got his attitude. He means well, he just comes off a little stand-offish.

And honestly, not only is he right, but he says what a lot of people "think" but sugar-coat before they "say." He just says it and moves on. Every forum needs at least one guy like that to keep everybody in line.
