What class is this receiver? No markings.

Hi guys,
I bought my 06 2500 5.9 Big Horn used and cannot tell if this is a stock hitch receiver or an aftermarket unit. Does anyone know what class this receiver is by looking at the images?
Thanks for the help!

Stock is class IV. Bumper itself is class III if ball attached directly to it.

That is the oem hitch. I don't know why anyone would say it a piece of junk, it goes over the top of the frame and has gussets on both sides of the fram rails.
