Vent fog
2005 Ram 3500 CTD, With the A/C on normal, fan switch no higher than 2, the driver side vents blow out a smoky fog. No smell, I have placed my hand in front of them while its blowing and don't feel any moisture. Truck has done it since I got it, first thought it was something getting hot but haven't found anything burnt in the 6000 miles I've had it. Not losing coolant, no water found in the dash anywhere, good puddle under the truck with the air on and running. I first noticed it coming from the vent to the right of the IC only and it has since started from both vents on the driver side, nothing but air from the passenger side. It doesn't seem to affect anything other than freaks people out who ride with me thinking the truck is on fire.
Has anyone else ever seen or had this problem before??

If you're getting a good puddle on the ground (condensate), then it's most likely just your AC creating a cloud in the hot, humid air. Mine does it all the time, especially when not on recirculate. Well, when it's humid enough here in AZ
Not doing it on the passenger side isn't surprising. The 03-05 have the significant temp difference side to side, so it may not be cold enough discharge air temp to make it happen over there.
Hot, humid air meets cold air... clouds form.

It has been humid out here this summer and it didnt seem to do it as bad yesterday when i finally turned the A/C on. Being as there has never been a smell, no loss of coolant, or puddles in my floorboard, I haven't been to worried about it. The A/C in this truck will flat freeze you out even on the 95+ deg. days with the 80-90% humidity we have had especially with it set on recirculate. The fact its a standard cab with tinted windows, windshield brow, and louvered headache rack seem to help real good as well. I cant wait to move back out west where we didn't have this kind of humidity, heat index didn't mean a thing cause when the thermometer said 85, that's what it felt like.
