My 2004 does'nt have front hooks but it does have "plates" for them (with predrilled holes) do these plates need extra brackets? I've seen the hooks on e-bay some have brackets some dont. Does yours?

There is actually two additional brackets for each tow hook that go from behind the mounting point back to the frame. Simple, but effective.
