Thats pretty subjective.... do you want mileage, traction, load capability, cheap, quiet.... big small.... strong sidwalls, smooth riding.. there is not one tire that the best at all.

I just had some Toyo's M/T 315's (35") and mounted on the stock rims and no leveling kit and they would only rub if taking sharp corners, like coming out of parking lots. They lasted about 35,000 miles and seem to wear rather well for being a mud tire. They were not very loud on the road either. They were 10 ply so strong enough if you haul anything.
Went with Pro Comp Extreme A/T this time around but haven't mounted just yet. Waiting for salty winter to go by.
